Children and teens usually know a lot more than many adults realize – maybe even more than they themselves realize! Through my many years working with young people, it never ceases to amaze me the amount of knowledge, wisdom, and creativity they have. I encourage the young people I work with to take responsibility and help co-create a plan that will work for them. I aim to provide resources, opportunities, and a creative space to display the innovative ways they solve their own problems, which may be useful to others.
